I was on a trip home from Portland and decided to do some shopping and get some Subway. Ordered online, grabbed my order and... headed home. When I got home, I discovered some of the best made Subway sandwiches I've ever had. They were clean, not toomuch sauce, the wraps were perfect tight, and kept my extra sandwiches fresh for a couple of days. Definitely on my list nexttime I drive through Woodland. Read more

The associates are very sweet, welcoming and helpful. The food tastes fresh and it's always such a warm environment. Love it!

This is hands down the best Subway restaurant I have ever visited. The staff are patient, attentive, and build each sandwich... with care. The space has been recently renovated and they keep it incredibly clean. We live in Ridgefield but we?ll happily makethe drive for service like this! Read more

Order ahead or call in. They will prioritize massive call in orders the second they come in before they will even consider... taking your order in the lobby. Lobby full of people walked out due to waiting too long to even be spoken to. Read more

My sandwich was completely wrong. It was a simple tuna with two veggies. The sandwich came with all the veggies except the ones... that I ordered. It was completely disappointing and took over twenty minutes even though it was just the two of us ordering. Read more

Called from my work phone as I do NOT have internet service in my work warehouse- asked to order to pickup, I was told to order... on my subway app. I let her know I do not have the app, her response was aren?t you calling from your cell phone right now(totally snotty) ? I said never mind and she hung up on me. I?ve always called 10min before heading over to pickup my lunch(normally between 2pm & 3pm) that store is never busy and I?ve always had a easy and pleasant time doing so, until today. Idecided not to give them my business any longer if it?s such a inconvenience for their staff. Put me on hold, ask me to callback if your busy... but don?t be snotty and hang up. Not everyone using a freakin app and I am not going to start. It?sWoodland, WA ppl. You are going to get a lot of ppl that don?t even have cell phones. SMH Read more

I walked in to order and was greeted by screaming from the back room. I observed an older employee yelling at one of their... younger coworkers. They banged on the walls and yelled at the other person threatening physical violence. I couldn't believewhat I was seeing and hearing. I hope that older employee gets fired for what they were saying and how they were acting. Iwalked out because of how disgusted I was. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is not for the food chain Subway but for the one and only person that was working this... evening busting her a** and keeping up with the orders. Its been my experience that when I go into subway my order is taking notime at all to be made and prompt. However not tonight. Tonight I had 5o wait in line for an hour after work for a phone inorder. And clearly your sign says call ahead for fast and speedy service. But not this night. If anyone needs a good review isAlex for she alone kept up with everyone's order and she did it effortlessly. She actually needs a promotion or a raise and Ihope the people that stood behind me as well as un front of me leave the same review. I'm disappointed in the lack of help hermanagers left her with. That being zero. I won't eat here again because of this. Way to go subway. Read more
