Chips, salsa were great. Rice and refried beans great . The other dishes, meat is bland and no seasoning. Tacos, horrible, as... was tortillas . Meats are not seasoned and very overpriced. Will never eat here again. Read more
Smallest portion I have ever recieved at a Mexican restaurant. I ordered cheese and also a veggie enchilada entree. One small... enchilada on each for 11 bucks. Thankful I didn't spend 2.75 on either a side of beans or rice. Chips were freshly made. Read more

Coming back from a trip we stopped for gas and saw Guadalajara, figured we'd give it a try. When we walked in, we were ... instantly happy with their beautiful environment and decor and it smelled so good! We were greeted and seated immediately, thenthey brought us chips, salsa and pico de gallo (the pico was was absolutely amazing). Upon looking at the menu, we were soexcited because they actually have vegetarian options right on the menu which is super great! We ordered a vegetarian burrito,vegetarian enchilada and a grilled cheese sandwich from the kids menu. their menu is super awesome because there's so many goodoptions for anyone. Everything tasted so good!!! The portion sizes are great and I really loved and appreciated that beanstasted so fresh. The hostess and servers were so sweet and attentive. When we were leaving, (I actually had left my to-go boxbehind) one of the servers ran out to give it to me. Super great experience - would absolutely recommend Guadalajara to anyone! Read more
This place is an actual gem. I stopped here since they were right by the Safeway Gas (cheapest for miles) and didn?t want fast... food again. Staff is super friendly and I ordered and had my food and drink in less than 5 minutes. It?s easily some of thebest Mexican food I?ve had since I moved from California years ago. If you pit stop here skip the fast food and grab lunch(they have daily specials from 11AM-3PM) and michelada while you?re at it. Excellent. Read more
