Placed an online order, for carry-out because I was in a hurry. Placed my order at around 1:00 and arrived around 1:41. The... online order feature which makes it so that you let them know when you arrive so your food is more "fresh," sucks. What's thepoint of ordering ahead if you will still have to wait another 10/15 for your order once you arrive. Mind you, I marked that Ihad arrived 7mins before I even got there to make sure it was ready.. not the staff's fault but it could've been handled better. Read more
HORRIBLE customer service. My server through the drive thru Adriana was so bland and borderline rude. I drove up and she said... with no smile just boredom and distain "spicy deluxe for Gerda?" No smile, then she waved my receipt at me with a dime pinchedbetween her fingers (I didn't see the dime) and I took the receipt but not the dime. She then said "are you gonna...?" Went with my family to mall. Grabbed my kids some food from Chick-fil-A.. had to get new fries because there was some kind of... stringy stuff on the fries plus they looked over cooked so went to get a fresh thing of fries to replace the three that we hadreceived looking bad. Got another three and they still looked disgusting, we tried them and they just tasted bad my oldestdaughter chose not to eat her food but my younger ones didn?t seem to mind too much and ate some food not all. I?m guessingfries were cooked in old oil they looked soggy and brown. Chicken looked okay but last night the kids who ate were up throwingup till 5am this morning.. won?t be going back to this location again has went down hill a lot! I ordered via Uber eats and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. They gave me the sandwich minus the chicken. WTH? now... everything is closed and I wasted my money. Read more
i usually order from the drive through and it?s fine. but it?s the second time already that i received an incomplete order.... Today we asked for 4 sandwiches and 4 fries but only recieved one sandwich and all the fries. Great chicken sandwiches, salads, and pieces. Waffle fries really good. Facilities are well maintained, nice appearance, and... bright. Staff service has been fault-less. Religion aside, they support the community and bring lots of smiles and fullstomaches. I love going there...my waistline agrees too much. Read more
This particular Chick-fil-A is a go-to for me. They have speedy service that doesn't mess with their quality or consistency. The... drive-thru service is always so nice! But, I must admit when I've gone inside it just takes forever and the staff seemsdistracted with the drive thru, so I recommend using the mobile app and pre-order your food for a smooth and deliciousexperience.
