Came to this specific Jersey Mike's and was very disappointed, i wanted to eat inside but the temperature was extremely... uncomfortable, not trying to be drenched in sweat just for a sandwich. This location is terrible I have used the jersey mikes app to order subs and pick them up and not only are they always late... making the subs but this last time they didn?t start to make my sub until I got there. The food is good when they get the order right. Last few times we have gone there, our orders (sandwiches) are made wrong. I... drove all the way back this time to get it replaced and the worker behind the counter was absolutely disrespectful and wasyelling at me like I was the one who made the sandwich wrong. Then proceeded to talk to his fellow workers about me (in front ofme). I asked him about his attitude and why he was yelling and causing a scene. His response.. "Cause you're giving me a hardtime about your sandwich." I asked for his name.. Richard (I'll be nice and not put out his last name) but... This placed used to be good. They charged me for regular turkey/provolone but gave me the small size and it wasn't even made... right. Called them and they said they can remake the sandwich if go back tonight which I couldn't do. They said their storepolicy prevents them from giving back my money or a free sandwich another day. Perhaps they should revisit their policy. Mistakes happen but they need to own up to it and fix it. Read more
I like it a lot. The sandwiches are very good and fresh. Service is friendly and prompt. They all thank you for a tip.
Strange that at the time we went there around 6:15pm was empty, so we got it sandwiches in lightening speed.The kids that work... there were very friendly. The food was extremely good and fresh. Parking lot was very crowded but we were able to get a spotquickly. The only complaint would be it was so dark outside. The lights seemed like they didn't come on yet. Read more
