It took the cashier over 30 minutes to... understand my order of just 2 sandwich and she still got order wrong and sold me 2 combos for double what I would have normallypaid. I don't eat here often but sometimes I like to eat their breakfast. I came at 10:43 today thinking their breakfast ended at 11... am. They told me they weren't serving breakfast. I was totally fine with it because it was my mistake. I told the guy no worriesjust give me a coffee then. They surprised me by giving me the breakfast I wanted and they were so sweet. Too bad I'm moving orelse I would keep coming back here but just wanted to leave my appreciation for their service today. I was having a whatevermorning and they improved it. Fast service but even after asking for sauces and then being told they are in the bag you get home to find a bag without sauce.... It would be anomalous if it didn't happen nearly every time we've visited. Read more

I had an order through Dardasht and when I received my order I saw that a most items in my order was missing, I called the... delivery driver and asked him if my ice creams were not in the bag and he said that we are not allowed to open the bags to seewhat the store had put inside, the driver said he asked the store workers if that was all and they said yes that was all andthey didn't cooperate with the him. The driver said that when I asked them why there was nothing in this bag and it's too lightweight, they closed the window on him and did not give him a correct answer. You are very unprofessional and untrained. I amreally sorry that I had business with you and after paying $40 I received my order incomplete. I thought the driver was at faultbut it was your fault because you are not trained how to deal with customers. Read more
