I?m a long time fan of Sharkeys. I?ve spent thousands of dollars at the Toluca Lake & Studio City locations. They had great food... and amazing customer service. Hi Owner, I love sharky's, however it is quite concerning all the food and staff problems your cooks and staff are exhibiting.... Not too long ago, when mask were required, I saw the cook use his hand to adjust his mask and continued to make my food withoutwashing his hands. When I said something he got an attitude as though I was in the wrong. Also, several times I've ate thechicken and burritos and it smelled moldy ie not fresh.....Sanitation, food quality, and customer service are your top thingsthat need to always be number one. I know as the owner you can't see everyone, however your manager should hold the staff moreaccountable and actually manage.
