I?m a long time fan of Sharkeys. I?ve spent thousands of dollars at the Toluca Lake & Studio City locations. They had great food... and amazing customer service. I cannot say the same of this location. They are rude and aren?t worried about customer service.I?m done spending my money there. Read more
Hi Owner, I love sharky's, however it is quite concerning all the food and staff problems your cooks and staff are exhibiting.... Not too long ago, when mask were required, I saw the cook use his hand to adjust his mask and continued to make my food withoutwashing his hands. When I said something he got an attitude as though I was in the wrong. Also, several times I've ate thechicken and burritos and it smelled moldy ie not fresh.....Sanitation, food quality, and customer service are your top thingsthat need to always be number one. I know as the owner you can't see everyone, however your manager should hold the staff moreaccountable and actually manage. I saw the cook take a towel from the floor and wipe the counter where the food is prepared. Extremely disgusting. Also some of... the employees lay down while on break. This location makes me feel like I'm in south central. Not even Woodland hills.Management needs to address this asap. Read more
I am a Fin Addict, so I love Sharky's food. I happened to notice that this location was in a Plaza I needed to visit, on March... 4, 2022, to take care of some business. I was happy because I could take care of my business and then get the food Ilove. Unfortunately, I was left wishing I had never gone to this location. I went inside to pick-up my order, because I placedmy order over the phone. There was a short line, so I waited. When I finally made it to the counter, the person did not greetme at all. It was not so busy that they were working like crazy and barely had time to keep up, so there was no excuse. Ithought, "Wow, nothing. Ok!." I just told the man that I was there to pick-up a phone order and gave him my name. I paid andI was told it would be a bit longer for my order. So, I waited and finally received my order. I could not wait to get home toeat it, until I took it out and looked at part of my order. I ordered the Wild Salmon Light Burrito and the Kid's Power Plate(Salmon, brown rice, and broccoli). When I looked at the Kid's Power Plate, I was very disappointed because there was barelyany salmon. I then wondered what I had paid for, since that was the most expensive item. Not to mention that the salmon forboth orders was very dry. I really wanted to return the order but, I was at home, a distance away, and it was late at night (mydaughter should have already been in bed). I was really disappointed to say the least and I paid for it. I have never had sucha negative experience at a Sharky's location before. I have not and do not plan to return to this Sharky's Woodfired MexicanGrill Location. In addition, I definitely would not recommend it to anyone. Read more
