Super loyal customers for the last 25 years. Tonight we had the last straw. The new staff is terrible and does not appreciate... long time customers. Our previous visit our server was rushing us out. This time we came for my birthday, the girl said shecouldn't seat us even though we clearly saw open seats. Sorry something?s fishy. We love ya but it?s time to part ways. Read more
Came here last week with my husband excited to have dinner at one of my favorite spots only to receive horrible service, we... waited 20 min just get seated after that we went unacknowledged by all the servers, we figured they were just busy that?sunderstandable but after waiting 10 min seated a table of 6 came in and got sat right away and their order taken right awaywhich is not fair we had been waiting already 30 min or more after that we still decided to wait another 5 min and still noservice. Great service and all the food (Miso Soup, Sunonomo Salad, Tempura Appetizer, Tuna Tartare - house specialty, Scallop & Mayo... roll, Spicy Yellowtail Roll was delicious. TERRIBLE!!! We came at 8pm to take away. Two sunrise sashimi at 17$ no rice, you can?t eat the fish it was very disgusting! And... two spicy shrimp rolls, it?s not worth it!
