Reviews for Sushi Katsu-ya Woodland Hills in Woodland Hills, CA
I use to come here a lot. I love eating at the bar and so do a billion people on Friday at 7pm lol but it?s a really good place... everything they make here is fire. Granted there obviously more skilled chefs then others but that?s why I come here. They havestandards! I?ve never seen their glass where the fish is kept to look dirty or foggy because it dirty. It?s always clean.Everything in the place looks nice and most of all I have yet to experience any fishy taste on the fish. The fish is so freshand they prepare it so good here I never need any soy sauce. It feels disrespectful to the fish I?m about to eat lol Read more
Still so good. This location is at the Village at the South end of the shopping center. A few of my go to's are the miso... black cod appetizer, seared albacore with crispy onions and the blue crab hand roll on soy paper. This time I also tried thetempura corn definitely adding this into the rotation, the dipping sauce is like a miso butter sauce which was sotasty. Service is always prompt, friendly and very attentive. Read more
The best Japanese restaurant in California. Great quality, very delicious. Waiter Franz made for a perfect dining experience... for us! He has high empathy, always there for you even when it is very busy. I have no idea how he is doing that.. you are luckyif he serves you! Read more
