I started going here several times a week a few months ago. I had gotten to where I didn't eat any fast food due to the quality... of what was served. This location has restored my faith! Even with today's challenging work force, you can find goodemployees who care about food quality and customer service. This location has went downhill quickly. After months of the dining room being closed due to staff shortages they finally hired... new people. I went yesterday with my child and watched our food sit behind the manager for over five minutes with no attempt toserve it to us. Many drive thru orders were rushed into bags yet inside guest orders were neglected. I had to ask the managerfor our food that had been sitting there. While he apologized, this did nothing for the luke warm-cold food we were served. Wewould go here once or twice a week but now hardly ever. Sad because it was the best fast food place in town. This store can get busy quickly! One minute there is no one in drive thru and the next there are 5 cars. However, the employees... are friendly, quick with their service, and always get the order correct! Update March '22 Continues to not disappoint! Thedrive thru employee was so cheerful and very professional, my order was made exactly as I wanted, service was quick, and veryhappy with my experience! For fast food, and yes Arby's.. this location does a great job and have even come up with some on the fly combos when what I... wanted wasn't available, and fast! I promise you won't sit long. I'm a busy guy so I really don't have time to waste, they'venever wasted my time, oh and they're not afraid to make you laugh or smile every time. Keep up the great work guys! Read more
Great location. Easy to get to. There were a few problems. The curly fries were over cooked. The roast beef sand paper was... ripped and the cheese sauce was all over the place. Almost impossible to eat. They should really consider how the customer willeat the sandwich. It's one thing to be fast. It's another to produce something that's edible. Read more
