Probably the dirtiest McDonalds I've ever experienced. Been here twice now and still filthy inside and out. Bird poop piled up... all around the outside of the entry doors that has been there since the last time I was here months ago. Food and trash on thekitchen floor. When I told the employee it was the dirtiest McDonalds I've been in, she replied "yeah, I know". Seriously??!!!When does Teller County health department close this place down???? Read more
Thr days of "We're short staffed and under paid" are coming to a close and management needs to get a grip on the dining room.... It's disgusting. The play area is as hot as a sauna. They DO NOT bring kiosk orders to you if you're in the other room andunable to hear your #called..... Not sure how long our food sat stagnant on the counter before I realized it was there. Maybemore acceptable when a Meal at McDs was $5 but if I'm paying dining room prices, I shouldn't be expected to clean the tablesmyself. Read more
I've gone here often it's one of the few restaurants that gets your food correct 95 percent of the time. Although I ordered... fresh French fries they were cold on this visit. Oh well! Read more
Update:My husband and I went back to McDonald?s and expected the same problems. Then we were greeted with this absolutely... positive voice and were surprised to meet an amazing person named Noah! Noah took our order and made sure that he had itcorrect. He was friendly and upbeat! Noah is a ray of sunshine! ?? Noah is just the type of person that this McDonald?s needs.We will be back to see if McDonald?s and Noah continues to shine! This McDonald?s has such friendly staff that it?s such ashame that it seems just unable to maintain it?s consistency. The food takes such a long time. The lines are bad, even in offhours. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes it is great. Then, we are given burgers that are raw, in the middle. Over-cookedchicken sandwiches and dry fish filets. The fries go from great to inedible. I called to warn them that they were undercookingthe quarter pounders and no one would answer the phone. So, I contacted the owner online. He sent me a letter. The letter didn?taddress my issues. Such terrible customer service. Such a disappointment. I wouldn?t go to this McDonald?s for three years,because of these types of problems. After the renovation things were so much better. It?s a shame to see a restaurant with suchpotential and a great staff go so bad. Read more
Dirty, dirty, dirty. Par for the course with this McDonalds. Its always dirty and the drive through takes forever. One might... try the dining room, but alas it is closed. Even Mickey's in NY City are open. Obviously the franchisee for this location is aslacker. McDonalds must have zero standards to keep this store open. Guess its all about the money, not a quality product. The worst thing is there are no options in this small mountain town. Read more
Clean bathroom. Yes. Vegan options. No. Great place to pee but if you're looking for an impossible burger you gotta go with bk.
