Just went and ordered on the app a variety of stuff, everything was cooked well and the special changes to items were all... correct. In the past this location has been hit or miss, but this was probably one of the best sonic meals ive had. Read more

It's been awhile since I stopped in, so I thought I'd give them another try. Sonic has great food, but my experience here had... gotten so bad, I completely gave up. The sausage burrito I ordered was actually good. The disappointment came from the sausagecroissantwhich. The issue was that the sausage patty was completely overcooked, black, dried out, and about an 1/8" thick. Someone made the decision to put that patty on my sandwich knowing that it was way past its prime. That tells me that someonedoesn't value me as a customer and unfortunately, I will have to go back to my boycott of this Sonic. This is the same thingthat led me to my last boycott a few years back. It's all about standards and food quality for me. I can overlook slow serviceand understand it's difficult to find good help, but Arby's nearby has proven to me it can be done. Read more

Ordered a bacon double, took 25 minutes to have it brought out! Very few customers present, couldn't order any fryer foods as it... was broke! Order ahead was down. Overall a very bad experience. Hamburger was cold cheese was not even melted the bacon wasfrito chip crunchy with no taste! Read more

Sloooooow. Waited five minutes after the screen said our order was coming out to push the button to ask if it got lost. Waited... five more minutes and still hadn?t had our button-push answered, so had to go knock at the door and ask. Our boy?s grilledcheese was over-toasted, and they left out the cheese sauce that went with my pretzel. Very disappointed. Read more

I ordered from the drive through and it took an hour to get my meal. I only order a meal 2 sides and a shake. Then after they... forgot to add a shake to my order, they were very rude. I have been to plenry good sonics, but I really don't suggest this one. Read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. The drive-thru is backed up. When it's my turn to order... the girl on the speaker said it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. I said, I'm only ordering drinks. She said well we'll do ourbest but that's what I'm telling everybody. So when we finally get up to the window, it's chaos inside. The girl with theheadset on is obviously really unhappy with another customer who is waiting out front for their food. The girl comes back in andshe slams the food on the counter breaks the sack open. She's yelling at a guy in the back. The young man at the window istrying his best but he really needed some supervision. I know help is hard to come by but this place needs a manager. More thanthat, where's the owner? Read more

This is the second time our food has been stale and hard at this sonic. Today my daughter's corn dog was so hard on one side... she couldn't bite through it. The milk they tried to give her was expired, and apparently so was the rest of their supply. There was a hair in her corn dog breading. Just disgusting. Also, nasty black smudges on the inside of her container of tots.We definitely won't be going back for a 3rd round. Read more
