It took a long time for our order to be make about over an hour. Our order was incomplete and not make according to what we... asked for, it had a lot missing. The door dasher had to wait for the order about an hour and they did not apologize to the doordasher or us, for waiting so long. Read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! My wife and I stopped at this Subway to get lunch. We decided we would get the 12 inch cheese steak... sandwich and split it between us. I was waiting in line behind 6 other customers and my wife needed to use the restroom. Shewent to use the restroom but it was locked. She asked an employee for help and the employee said she had to wait until she gotthe code at the bottom of the receipt before she could use the restroom. We are senior citizens and I realized that we wouldprobably wait 10-15 minutes behind other customers before we got the receipt and code. This was not going to work for my wife?sbladder so I asked someone who looked like the manager if he could let my wife use the bathroom immediately. He said, No, youmust wait until you get your receipt. I said that we can?t wait and we will go somewhere else. We went a short distance toArby?s and we were able to use the restroom and get a great steak sandwich without any more drama. We were very surprised bythis strange policy and we thought it was very mean that they could not make an exception for us. I don?t think we will be goingto any Subway after this experience.
