It took a long time for our order to be make about over an hour. Our order was incomplete and not make according to what we... asked for, it had a lot missing. The door dasher had to wait for the order about an hour and they did not apologize to the doordasher or us, for waiting so long. Read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! My wife and I stopped at this Subway to get lunch. We decided we would get the 12 inch cheese steak... sandwich and split it between us. I was waiting in line behind 6 other customers and my wife needed to use the restroom. Shewent to use the restroom but it was locked. She asked an employee for help and the employee said she had to wait until she gotthe code at the bottom of the receipt before she could use the restroom. We are senior citizens and I realized that we wouldprobably wait 10-15 minutes behind other customers before we got the receipt and code. This was not going to work for my wife?sbladder so I asked someone who looked like the manager if he could let my wife use the bathroom immediately. He said, No, youmust wait until you get your receipt. I said that we can?t wait and we will go somewhere else. We went a short distance toArby?s and we were able to use the restroom and get a great steak sandwich without any more drama. We were very surprised bythis strange policy and we thought it was very mean that they could not make an exception for us. I don?t think we will be goingto any Subway after this experience. Does the Sub in Subway mean Sub-Standard attitude toward their customers? That?s what itseems like to us. Thank you Arby?s for taking care of our needs! Read more

Jack and Sam are the best sand which makers in this part of time!! Hard working young men. So glad to see people willing to go... above and beyond for your dining experience. Kim K once said that no one wants to work these days but I don?t think she met jackand Sam when she said that!!! Management could be more helpful though unfortunately. No toaster, broken orange thing, needs anupdate on equipment so that the workers are set up for success! Overall this subway stop made my day. Good job!!! Read more

Ordered take out subs online. After getting home to sit down to eat the sandwiches they were like a bread with salad on them. ... The sandwiches were basically veggie subs. There was hardly any meat on them at all. This isn't the 1st time this hashappened. We have ordered online subs before and the same exact thing happened, hardly any meat at all on them. We have beeninto Subway and ordered plenty of times directly from the employees behind the counter and the amount of meat on the sandwichis normal. So, we know how much meat is supposed to be on the sandwiches. Very disappointing and sad. They don't dare try toskimp you when you are standing there watching them make your sandwich but they will for sure screw you if your not there whilethey make your sandwiches. Read more
