worst taco bell. always out of some sort of IMPORTANT ingredient. waited 25 min in line for a nacho fry box, got less than 10... fries and all my food was cold. literally always disappointed everytime I come to this taco bell. Read more
Please re read this review because it has been edited! All need to see this! Great people run this restaurant! I am treated vey... well each and every time I visit! Will always get me some TB! Edit. October 10th 2022 at approximately 7 pm. I stopped in on myway to the springs and was horrified at what I witnessed. I ordered a couple quesadillas and just happened to be pulling to thewindow to see the person drop one on the floor, her assistant than picked up the it off the floor and put it back on thecounter. He proceeded to package it in it's wrapping and tried to include it in the order with my other items. They thought Idid not see it because when I started honking to get their attention, they were shocked. He than tried to tell me that he wasthrowing it in the trash but had no argument for why it was being repackaged. I understand it's hard to keep good help thesedays but avoid this place at all cost. If they did that in plain sight, imagine what they do when they know we cannot see them! Read more
10/12/22 UPDATE! Just gave them a try again as someone told me they were under new management. Great Taco Bell experience, fast... friendly drive through service. Food was good for Taco Bell), taco was fully stuffed and not cracked and everything tastedgood. The photos are all from my last visit, which was bad as you can see. Below is my original 1 star review from 2 yearsago: Worst management and Taco Bell ever! I hope this place goes out of business and is replaced with a Del Taco!!! Theircrunchy tacos are ok, but more then half were broken and a number were not filled very full. Their menu says the 12 pack is13.99 rang up as 14.49 and they wouldn?t honor their menu price even when I asked them to. Overall one of the worst Taco Bell?sout there. This is alternately the worst, and one of the best, Taco Bells I've been to, and I've eaten at Taco Bells all over the world. ... Be specific in your order, be sure to get a reveipt, and CHECK AND TASTE- TEST YOUR ORDER before you leave the parking lot!!This place is always an adventure. Placed order thru kiosk, they completely messed up the order and missed so many customizations. WORST PART IS THEY DONT HAVE... SPOONS AND FORKS, our order had Powerball menu and they were so helpless. Never been to any taco bell like this. Read more
Went to this Taco Bell on Sunday (today is Tuesday) and I ordered two breakfast crunchwraps and a 2pc Cinnabon bites. They said... their delivery truck had not brought in hash browns and asked if it was okay to replace the hash browns in my crunch wraps withnacho fries, I said I guess because I was starving and in a rush that morning. They said sorry for the lack of hashbrowns andsaid the Cinnabon bites would be free, and they charged me for them. The crunchwraps were pretty gross so I called back laterSunday night and asked if I could just come back to have it remade when they had hash browns again and they said yes our truckbrought us more, you can come back tomorrow morning and we will remake it. Monday morning I show up and sit in the drive throughfor about 5 minutes with no response before looking up their # and calling them. Someone answered that they are having amaintenance person come in and have no idea when they will reopen that day, no apology just monotone. Fine I guess I had badluck and I skip breakfast and go to work. Today is Tuesday morning and I purposefully woke up earlier to get their breakfast ontime before my work again, (I work business hours 8am-5pm) and I googled their business hours (they?re supposed to servebreakfast from 7am-11am). I show up at 7:45 am and their entire business is closed with no posting anywhere. I cannot even counton both hands how many times they?ve been completely closed during their posted open hours, most days opening at 10am andserving breakfast for a single hour for the day, or just no breakfast for the day at all. I then decided to call the corporatenumber this morning at 8:20am which had a closed message stating their business hours start at 8am Monday - Thursday.
