Our party of 4 ordered 4 for 4's that were identical. It took 20 minutes to receive our order, which consisted of half frozen... burgers, cold fries, and drinks that were finished in 4 sips due to the ridiculous amount of ice in the cups. This was not agood experience at all. In today's times, it seems that people make more money to do less and care less. Terrible qualityassurance at this establishment. I recommend you bypass this establishment and eat at one of the local diners or other fast foodchains in that area! Read more

My dude Alexis. Come on man. I don't get this place. I don't particularly care for McDonalds or Burger King. So when I want a... burger after camping, I would rather suffer the two trip home rather than stopping in here for food again. Not blaming the creweither. You're not that big of a town! Your staff of 10 should be able to handle a spurt! Where is the support staff?? Themanagers and supervisors!! Who is training this crew?? My husband and I went through the drive through tonight around 5pm. We sat for a bit before anyone acknowledged our presence. We... ordered two biggie bags, one with ranch dressing, one with BBQ. One with a chocolate frosty as a beverage and one with a dietcoke and no ice. Both had junior bacon cheeseburgers. The woman who took out order sounded as if she couldn't be bothered.Frankly, she was not friendly. We were in a great mood when we arrived and a bit unhappy when we left. My husband's diet cokecame with ice. I did not receive my ranch dressing, just BBQ, and it turns out they were out of spoons for the frosty, whichwould have been nice to know since we had a 30 minute drive to get home. They are extremely short-staffed. They said on the ordering sign as much and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. The food... was decent but we checked our order before leaving and they had forgotten a kid's cheeseburger. It's always busy here onweekends because of traffic (especially in the summer). It's a tough spot for a drive thru because of the limited space. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The cashier was really rude and argued about everything and when we got half... filled boxes of fries he threw the rest on the tray. NOT one clean table in the WHOLE restaurant and the trash can was overflowing. So disgusting in here. Hoping we don't get sick. Read more
Went through the drive thru, I had a person named Julian take my order. They were super nice, explained their meal options to me... and was overall very sweet. I would have left a review via the receipt but I couldn't find mine in the bag. But yah, shout outto Julian for great customer service and those extra sauces. Read more
