I usually don?t hate carvels but I think this is an execption when I went there I saw that there was barley any seating inside... and outside there were bugs and you might have to sit with the bugs if all the tables are taken Add more seats Oh also When theworker was making my ice cream the got most of the steps right but when they were putting the whipped cream on it was like thedid not know how to put it on and the worker rushed my order and barley put whipped cream on DO NOT GO HERE Read more

Everytime I go in with a Gcard there is always some type of problem and the employees are teenagers so they have no problem... solving skills and have to call on the manager to help...also the prices of the cakes are ridiculous...I get it cheaper atShoprite. Not understanding why that is the case. Read more
Zero stars from me. I went with my 3 children and my little sister today Sunday 29, 2021. The 3 little girls they had working... there were so unpleasant, sarcastic and over charged me. Also they have very little flavors to choose from. They seemed annoyedas soonas we walked in. Briana was disgustingly RUDE towards me. She made a comment as we were walking out, because I said wewould be heading to Wayne. We are NEVER treated badly in wayne. I will NEVER go back to the Woodland park Carvel. I?ve been in this town for 15 years and have always gone here. The new owner raised the prices a ton. I just pay $6.60 for a... medium sized soft ice cream regular wafer cone. Large sundae is almost $9.00. Wayyyyy too much. Read more
