THEY ALWAYS DO SOMETHING WRONG. DONT GO HERE!!!! THEY ONCE GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER, AND ANOTHER TIME THEY CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER... DRINK AND NOT THE ONE I ORDERED. Horrible customer service. Always an issue with staff not being able to prepare coffee. Why open if you can?t make coffee. You... have one job and you fail miserably! Not acceptable. Would give it 0 stars. Read more

I go to this location because it's not busy as the other location but after today, I'M DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK. Ordered half... dozen doughnuts, not ready. A older lady ask my what is my order told her, she's looking around for the print out. Then goes tothe garbage can and takes the receipt out the garbage can. Tells another associate what my order is AND goes back to makingorders. She didn't change her gloves after going in the garbage can. Read more

I ordered 3 drinks for my friends, then I asked the cashier to scan my T-Mobile $2 discount. Instead of happily applying the... discount and keeping the line moving, he went back and forth with me about how he can not give the drinks for free. I kindlysaid I understand that and had to explain to him multiple times that I will in fact still be paying for the drinks and that itis only a $2 off coupon. This caused the people behind me wait unnecessarily longer before they can order. Overall, theexperience could have been much better.. Also, he was the only person working at the time, which I found unusual for aDunkin. My question is: Why does it seem that none of the Dunkin stores are willing to apply Any sort of discount without anexplanation or argument? 3* for cleanliness of the store that day and kudos for being the guy being the only one working at thetime.
