Conveniently did not have certain food items available to dine in customers- but was available to drive through ones. Then... choose not to restock soda machine - but again was available to drive through customers. When asked- staff would not sell drinksto customers.. But just say it's not available. If I can give this establishment 0 stars I would. I went to pick up my food drove back to my job opened my food and all I can... say is WOW. My 1 year old god daughter can eat this in 5 minutes. Little amount of fries and very tiny wings with no meat on it.Let?s not talk about the chicken was dry as if they have refried it. I called them and the manager stated he made my orderhimself next time get a large fry because with a small fry they give in moderation. I literally ordered a combo that?s what itcomes with! Employees DO NOT GIVE NAPKINS, UTENSILS, HOT SAUCE OR DO NOT EVEN MAKE THE SWEET TEA ( which they are know for! )! Drive thru... employee tried to offer me a bottled tea drink ( which was a nice gesture ) I can get in any store that is NOT "Sweettea"! POOOOOORRRRR CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE employees. ALL employees should BE RELEASED IMMEDIATELY! EMPLOYEES TAKE IT UPONTHEMSELVES TO PICK AN CHOOSE WHAT TO COOK FOR THE DAY! Regular common items are always 86'd, like french fries/biscuits. Nomatter if it is a weekend/weekday. WHEN I ORDER A LARGE SIZE portion I AM SCAMMED to only half a portion of a large size. Foodis NEVER HOT OR FRESH! French fries are improperly cooked. Busy place! I had a coupon for half off chicken fingers, a biscuit and a side! The staff were very busy but nice! Food was... served as quickly as they could, the chocolate beignets were made fresh as my meal was put together! They were heavenly...amust to try when you go!! Everything was hot crispy and delish! I had enough to take home and have another meal! Will be backagain soon! There is a cute little river running right along side, very clean water with ducks !! Fast and friendly service. The first chicken was surprisingly good. It was crispy on the outside and quite moist on the inside.... It even held up well after 20 minutes in the car. The biscuits were a bit dry and the rice was ok. The chicken was great andprobably the best fast food fried chicken I've had in recent memory. Read more
Cashier is great. Greater was polite and friendly. But the order was wrong. I ordered 4 PC White meat and paid extra for... white meat. And when I got home it was 1 wing 1 breast 1 drumb stick and 1 thigh. That is not white meat only. Read more

This was the worst service ever. I ordered with my siblings and when we got our drinks we headed to the drink machine to pour... our sodas/juice. The drink machine poured my sister?s soda dark Fanta. When my other sister poured her Fruit Punch it was darkincluding mine as well!! So we asked to get a refund and the man said we can refund but once we got out food there was a littlebit of fries and chickens that weren?t even good or doesn?t look like it got cooked well.
