The food at this location is disgusting. Don't even bother leaving notes in the order section because they won't follow them.... Make sure you check your order before you leave. The food was way too greasy and had no flavor at all. I'm not sure what batterthey use to fry. But whatever they use is awful. Way too expensive and a waste of money. I stopped by for lunch after leaving Woodlawn High School. I decided I wanted something different for lunch. You just opened up.... There was no line. The cashier informed me because they just opened up I would have to wait for around 30 minutes for my food tobe ready. I agreed. When I got back to CCBC Catonsville I ate. The Honey BBQ wings were delicious. The fries tasted good butthey were hard not crunchy almost like they were old. They weren?t room temperature and I was surprised since they were supposedto be freshly cooked. Next time I would probably just order the wings. Read more
Ordered a fish wrap... I'm guessing they ran out of tortilla wraps because they wrapped my piece of fish in sub bread. And of... course after a few bites I found hair in my food, Smh Read more

Apparently the cashier is always rude and nothing is done about her behavior. Today while I was driving my daughter order our... food and I asked for the seafood special?.the staff acted as if the did not have any idea what I we were talking about. The girltook the phone and proceeded to take the order. When we got to ABW the order was wrong. We ordered fried tilapia, grilled bambooshrimp and Cajun rice. They made grilled tilapia and I had no shrimp, Cajun rice and French fries. When I asked for the managerthey called and the girl said that wasn?t what we ordered she had a nasty attitude and the manager wanted to make my order but Iwas not about to have spit in my food.. I wanted a full refund. While I was in the phone with the manager The cashierwas Talking to someone with her AirPods explaining to them that I was mad because the guy she was training didn?t get myorder And she took the order. So in conclusion she messed the order up Because she was talking on her cell phone and not workingand then tried to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility for her actions! The kitchen workers are disgusting. They don't wear gloves, nor do they wash their hands. I used to work here, so trust me when... I say the food is unsanitary, and trifling. Even when cutting raw chicken, the chicken is placed on an inadequately cleanedtable, then cut up while the worker wears no gloves. When dipping the whole wings/Chicken tenders into the batter to fry, theydip their fingers into the batter along with the chicken whilst wearing no gloves. The workers frequently take phone breaks,scratch themselves, touch unsanitary things in the kitchen, then proceed to make the food without washing their hands.I wouldn't eat here if I were you. I have the best times at this store. Not only is the baked fish and shrimp awesome,(I get the Cajun spice ) but 2 people are... great. Especially Sujon and Jeniyah are half the reason I come here. They give me menu ideas and excellent service. Keep up thegood work!! Read more
