Today was my first time going to this location. I walked in and no one greeted me. There were three employees there and they... didn't acknowledge I was there for about 5 minutes. Normally I wouldn't object to generous servings but they heaped so manytoppings on my banana split that I had to scrape some off. The container was sticky and so was the bag. I used hand sanitizer toget rid of the stickiness. But I admit after removing the extra toppings, the banana split tasted delicious. Then while I wassitting there they locked the front door. I'm guessing they were overwhelmed with drive thru customers but they didn't put asign up saying go to the drive thru. They just locked the door. So people were coming to the door confused. I would go back onemore time to see if service improved. But I really think they need a little more training on customer service and how to preparethe items. Read more
Need to use gloves when serving customers, stop messing with and adjusting mask, change gloves
Some Indian employee kept talking to a guy and he lets that cut in front of us. We had to wait over ten minutes and he still... didn't get to us. We left. Read more
It depends on the time of day when you visit this location what kind of service you will receive, the staff kind be a little... inpatient with you, I order a dozen of donuts and was half way through of selecting my donuts and the lady that was waiting onme started put what she wanted inside my box, I ask her was the three donuts free that you place in my box , if not then don'tpick my donuts for me. This location is not far from where I live and is one of the reasons why I keep going back... Read more
This location is very clean and the ice cream never tastes freezer burned. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
