I said my order 6 times,pulled up to the person to pay for the order,she said the order back to me and I paid,waiting for the... order-I knew right then the order was wrong I had per cashier extra banana in a cup,I asked why?,banana supposed to be in withthe ice cream.cashier was rolling her eyes body language with attitude. Always a hit or miss at this location got the avocado toast with bacon They are NEVER consistent First bread NOT toasted it is... called avocado toast. Bacon COLD not crispy not broken up into piece 2 strips 2 folded the other split. I have this item atother locations and the whole idea of it is to be crunchy crispy and flavorful and HOT. The location I went to was TERRIBLE with their cake ordering, if there was a negative star I'd choose that one. Cake on thet... left is what I ordered, cake on the right is from their gallery. It was a joke of a cake, besides the fact it took them foreverto get the cake, they also were speaking around me in a different language. The manager was dismissive and said he couldn't tellthe difference, from the crooked lettering, to the no year of graduation in the corner to the sloppy decoration and the bleedingdots of decorations!! Really!??, got on his cellphone, wouldn't address my refund because he didn't know how, so he was askingfor instructions. Finally was about to give me my refund and he was refunding me $6 short. It was a mess.I ended up with no cakefor the graduation party. Ridiculous. They're drinks we're made quite well though, but don't order a cake from thesepeople.
