I love this location more than other Dunkins! They always get my order correct. They are friendly, fast and do their best even... when they are the busiest. If I could give this dunkin 0 stars I would. They are very rude and will have you standing at the register for a long time to be... waited on. The staff talks in there language very loudly shouting at times to each other?. Very unnecessary. On top of that theyare consistently getting orders WRONG. Don?t bother using the bathroom if your a female they closed it off for ?employees only?so u have to use the mens and they don?t put any toilet paper in their either. That?s discrimination. Read more
I went there around 7:30 am to get a strawberry donut and it was hard and stale. Smh
I use to come to this Dunkin donuts and was a lot better in 2019 with the service. Now in 2022, They got new people who are... spending their time talking in their language, playing, acting like they don't see you standing there at the register, (Rude).They need a better work environment there. Don't go on Sunday morning if your in a rush. The ladies inside are kind, approachable, and attempted to make sure your... experience is a pleasant one. Now I'm not sure if he was getting overwhelmed or not having the greatest morning but the only manback there on sandwiches was not. He got mad when the lady simply asked how long he would be on the orders inside the building.He started speaking in his native language and slung the box my sandwich was in at me. Because of the plexiglass I couldn'treach out and another customer had to reach around the plexiglass to give it to me. My hand was out so he could have handed itto me. I didn't mince words with him or anything. Not sure why his coworker asking a question set him off but I didn't even havean exchange with him. It was disappointing because I will not be returning to an establishment that treats customers like such.The ladies were great. My drink was done the exact way I love it before I walked from one counter to the other. Maybe he neededassistance on the food. I don't know, but he doesn't need to treat customers that way. Consistently gets an order of multiple items wrong. Do not make the specialty coffees or lattes as advertised. Either not... properly trained or don't care. Prices are good, but willing to spend more if they could just the order right! Read more
3rd time the lady got my order wrong in a row in the past 2 weeks. When you ask for your order to be corrected, you will be... prompted with an attitude. I'll keep coming here till they get it right, I have no choice since I work literally 2 minutesaway. Read more
