0 stars... I haven’t been to this location in years but back when it first opened it was clean, friendly, and efficient.... Walked in today and the place is an absolute mess, everyone is on their phones, the food line is dirty with tons of crosscontamination of ingredients, and the employees are all on their phones behind the counter. Makes me wonder if there is anymanagement here or teenagers are just running this place? Tables dirty, no trash cans, no napkins, rude customer interaction...absolutely disappointing. I really hope management comes in and sets some new standards and expectations to keep this locationfrom going under ! Read more
This location needs an overhaul of employees badly. Employees walking around having loud inappropriate conversations on cell... phones, not a single smile or greeting while I was there, mumbled and barely understood. The two employees that were actuallyhelping customers seemed like they hated their jobs and had zero desire to be there or helping the two customers in the store. Read more
My pickup order was perfect and tasted amazing. I ordered a chicken bowl on the app. Extra rice, extra cheese, guac, and other... toppings. The order was perfect, on time, and the one employee I came into contact with was really nice. The only thing missingwas utensils and napkins, but it worked out for me anyway and the food was great. This Chipotle location seems to be suffering from the same things most restaurants are these days. I arrived at 8 pm on a... Friday, was the 2nd person in line, and still had to wait about 15 minutes for who-knows-what. The dining area and food prepcounter are consistently filthy. On this night, most of the staff seemed to be focused on online order fulfillment, but therewere one or two who didn't appear to be doing anything except standing around. I think there are three napkin dispensers by thesoda fountain, and they were all empty. As a repeat customer to this location, I would not advise ordering online forpickup--you'll get your food faster if you just wait in line. All this said, the food is still acceptable. Read more

This is my first time at this location. I'm doing I've been to a lot of Chipotle locations this one set standard for cleanliness... even during the pandemic. I came during a lunch rush in the line moved quickly. I also tried their new season brisket which wasvery good. I would recommend it to those who enjoy brisket. If you haven't been to this location give it a try. Read more

The employees at this location act like they don't want to work or are doing you a favor by doing their job. They consistently... text on their phones instead of doing their jobs. They have attitudes or ignore you over simple requests. I came to this storetoday to get dinner for my coworkers and I, (3 separate orders) and was told I could only place two orders at a time...there wasno one else in line. After paying for both orders, another customer walked in. I then got in line behind that customer only tobe told that they only make quesadillas for online orders. So I would have to go online to order it and stand there and waitwhile they made it instead of them just making it. Read more
