Order an otameal with Brown sugar and dried fruits didnt get any of those only cranberries ,order a coffe be steam at 130* got... it at 500* wait 2 hrs to get one sip... Window person closed window and ignored me for a couple minutes when I asked fornapkins... fast Drive thru but not paying attention or making things how We the Guest ask for it.. WORST Starbucks ever. 5pm on a Sunday and the drive thru took over an hour, maybe 10 cars at most. Once you?re in line, you?re... stuck in line as the drive thru is blocked off without any exits. Poor design made especially frustrating when this Starbucksroutinely is out of stock with most ingredients. Save your time and sanity and go to another location. Read more

If store closes at 8 p.m., take orders until 7:59 p.m. I get that workers would like to leave as early as possible after the... closing time but if the closing time of the store is 8 p.m., then service is up to that hour. Was in the drive thru of thisStarbucks a day ago at 7:55 p.m. There were 3 employees in the store, yet not one answered to take my order. After a few"hello" from me, I drive up to the window area at 7:59 and I notice one employees going to the doors and lock them because itwas now turning 8:00 p.m. time to close. This is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to???? they?re always sold out of everything. Why even stay open? The last few orders I've made here have been messed up. Ordered a nitro brew with Carmel sweet cream and they definitely gave me... a cold brew with some kind of foam on top. Clearly isn't mixing in or anything like it's supposed to and is 100% disgusting.Don't go to this location. Read more
I came in and had kind of a bad experience the last time i was here (my drink was made wrong).. i spoke to Katie about it and... she told helped me out and even completely took care of my next drink! She totally rocks! I love this location so much! Read more
45 Minutes in the drive through lane at 2:40pm. Then no whip cream or oat milk. Absolutely ridiculous. If you can?t handle... the volume of cars then close the drive through or put a sign out at the entrance with wait time. Don?t allow cars to getcompletely stuck in a line for that amount of time!!!!
