Kudos to the owners, managers and employees of Stone Oven. I have frequented Stone Oven regularly over the last 10 or so years... and I just stopped to realize that through the pandemic and post pandemic the quality and value of Stone Ovens food has neverfaltered. Dining out these days is incredibly hit or miss but Stone Oven consistently delivers and I thought I should leave apositive note in a world where we are all too quick to voice the negative :). Early mornings on Chagrin, seeking coffee or breakfast, could inevitably lead you to the Stone Oven Bakery. My first experience... of this breakfast haven was wonderful. The scrambled eggs with Swiss and tomatoes on Siciliano bread was outstanding. Freshlycooked and steaming, this hit the spot! A cup of French vanilla coffee rounded off my meal. Suffice to say, the next day I had arepeat visit to the flagship spot in Cleveland Heights and , to my delight, they offered me fried plantains with my meal! Read more
More sandwich shop than bakery, any time I go by they are sold out of everything except bagels. I guess that means the baked... goods were good, but it means I've stopped even trying. Luna's seems to have a more constant supply... Read more

Me and my wife had sandwiches as lunch here. I had salmon sandwich with cabbage slaw. It was fully loaded with salmon and was... perfect !!! The Jewish bread is perfectly backed. Chicken curry sandwich with Tabouli was excellent too!! Sandwich had loads ofchicken breast and was cooked to perfection. Taste of Tabouli was just right!! It?s like home made recipe.
