It's been awhile since we've gotten Buffalo Wild Wings and we were pretty excited as we live wings. I have to say I was a bit... underwhelmed with the bone in we received. Got sauce on the side which allowed us to really see the wings which were a bitanemic looking. Got cheese fries as a side and they were substantial as a side, and tasty. Read more

Terrible service. You walk into this place & try to place a takeout order & NO ONE IS EVER BEHIND THE COUNTER. It's minutes... before anyone approaches you. I've been at this location numerous times & for the most part they have horrendous customerservice. There are workers present but they choose to socialize with each other instead of taking care of the customer that isat the counter waiting. I was charged $31 for 15 wings & a regular fry!! This establishment shouldn?t even qualify as a restaurant. I had the worst dining experience of my LIFE here. They never even... brought out my food after waiting for TWO HOURS. They never apologized, never came to check on us, they actively avoided ourtable while we were missing entire orders (we only had a group of 3). Our waiter said the manager named ?Mark? is at fault forthis. I not only will never go to this location again, but I will never go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again. Just a horribleexperience that should never happen. Hey BWW, here?s a wild idea - if you are understaffed, close off sections. Or even put anote on the door warning people that they may never receive their orders after waiting hours.
