These 5 stars are for the young man working the drive thru Window of this location. His name was Evan. I had to be parked for... my Frappe with extra carmel extra ice.. Evan brought the 1st one out & it didn't look quite right. He explained the mishap &quickly went to make me another one. He was kind, very courteous and cheerful the entire time. Him not being funky about it,made me not be funky about it. We need more customer service like this in these times. Service with a smile even if a mistakeis made. Thank You Evan. Hope the Manager or corporate sees this & gives this man some type of appreciation award. Let's keeppraising our young people instead of complaining about them all the time. Read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This location was filthy and the workers were extremely incompetent and lazy.... They managed to get our order wrong multiple times after repeating ourselves multiple times. They made my husbands doublequarter pounder into a quarter pound, they forgot my daughter?s chocolate milk, they messed up my double cheeseburger so muchthat they forgot to take off pickles. We ordered a large drink and a medium drink and they gave us 2 medium drinks instead. Alsothe sweet tea was empty and when I asked if there was any in the back or if they were in the process of making any, the cashierlied and said they didn?t have any. Another worker said she could get me some from behind the counter where they get drinks forthe drive thru. This literally was the worst ordering and eating experience in my life. We will not be back. It?s unfortunate tosee people who have jobs and lack work ethic and any customer service. There are plenty of people who are looking for jobs andwould be thankful to have a job.. Read more
