When I pulled up to the drive-through they tried to rush me through the drive-through with my order. I was unable to even ask a... simple question before they were trying to have me move on. Then because the app is so slow I was unable to pull up my numbersFast enough for them I couldn?t even order my Diet Coke. What I ordered came up and disappeared so fast on the screen I have noclue if they even got my order right. Not wanting to see if it was correct, I just drove out of line and left. I really wish the morning shift crew worked the evening shift they?re the best, the evening crew are not only always looking... unhappy to be there, they get mad at you when THEY mess your order up! Went in for a Big Mac today for them to tell me they ranout of Big Mac sauce . Might be the worst McDonalds I have been to. Of course it has gone to all kiosk ordering like all apparently have, but this one... managed to have only 1 of 4 kiosks functioning. Next, my son?s happy meal did not come with a toy, and when I asked for a toy,he was given a Cars toy when they proudly were advertising Black Panther. After visiting this store 3 times now I can confidently say that this is hands downs the single worst mcdonalds I've ever been... to in my entire life. Awful staff with horrible customer service that either completely ignores you or huffs and puffs and givesterrible attitude. Please train your staff better on customer service. Read more

There are a few nice employees here who are sweet and do their job well, but from what I can tell, the manager decided to handle... the 'labor shortage' (it's a shortage of jobs with acceptable pay due to inflation, people) by hiring people who do not knowEnglish. Like, actually know very little of it, or in one case, literally don't know it at all. It's easier to exploit peoplewho don't know English, after all, and they tend to ask for less money because they're forced to. What it means for thecustomer is your order is going to be wrong on a level that goes beyond a mistake or two. Your order will simply be completelyincorrect, you will wait a long time to get it, and it will likely be cold. I couldn't understand how it was this bad until itfinally dawned on me that there was a major comprehension problem among the staff. A staff member even directly confirmed withme that the issue was some staff not knowing English. This is entirely on management and corporate. Do not tolerate this if yougo there. Don't harass the employees, don't get mad at them, don't be prejudicial because they don't understand you well, getmad at the **management**: it is always on management. There is no excuse for giving rank and file an attitude, they're justtrying to do their job. Go after the people who have the power to make it that way and abuse their employees. Messed up my whole order, they put cheese on my food even tho im allergic. Tried to call for 30 minutes straight without anyone... picking up the phone. They then blocked my number instead of doing their job and following the order infront of them! Edit:about an hour later and still have not gotten ahold of anyone. And by the time I'm off work they will be closed. So since theyrefuse to answer the phone, I'll have to go in tomorrow and see if they'll attempt to correct this mistake. Read more

Waited 20 mins fit curbside that never came. Went inside for my order and waited another 20 mins. My burgers were 1 made wrong 2... buns were stale as allll hell 3 not very warm. They will make ur order and leave there to sit and get cold until u come in andask for it. it was awful. i used my rewards app for a free French fry, I claimed it and asked for ranch and they charged me 50 cents just... for 1 ranch; which they never have done before. Also when I was in middle school they made all of the students eat outside andscreamed at us in the restaurant. Read more
