This owner is unreal. I go in here with my mom often cause she likes it. She is fed up as well because every item on the menu... increases with price. No other Pepe?s charge for chips and salsa, Pepe?s in Woodridge does. If you pay with your cc it?s almost$4 extra???? What????? Everyone pays with their cc. He is a huge scammer and I?m not kidding you, every time I go in there theprices are higher and higher. Waitresses are great though. They know he?s a cheapskate. Also ???? THE SLOTS ARE RIGGED AND I AMREPORTING THIS PLACE. We were in there the other day and the carne was the worst I?ve ever had there. ZERO FLAVOR and prices are$18 for the 8 ounce. Ok back to slots. I was playing Buffalo. I got a bonus. During these ?free? spins it was still deducting my$3 bet every spin. I have never in my life seen a slot do that. My mom was behind me and and she was doing 40 and 1 so the betshould?ve been $.40 cents. It changed it to $2 every time. These were malfunctioning BIG TIME. Also, put toilet paper in yourbathroom and a paper towel machine. People don?t like having to touch the knob with their bare hand to get out after just dryingthem under the blower. Terrible, worst experience in service. One waitress working as hostess, waitress, cook, and cashier. Had a gift certificate and... told us it had zero balance. Paid the bill. Went to car to check gift certificate, it had $9.60 on it. Went back into therestaurant and had the waitress rescan the card. She called her manager at home. Manager wouldn't do anything about it. Waitresssaid she'd pay the gift certificate out of her wages. Positive note: the food was hot and very good. Read more
