Service at this restaurant drive through was horrible. I called rl complain and was hung up on right before the person who... answered decided to get loud with me. I called back to get management info to call tomorrow and no one answered. I?d love tohear back from someone regarding this issue. Wendy's use to be great with same services everywhere, but now there are locations, I would rather not go, very misinformed... staff. No consistency in menu items. You go to one location, they tell you they don't sell certain menu except you order online,why another location says it fine. Very few locations I will recommend for great services and menu. I wish they were all thesame. Read more

Has working drink machines that let you choose from dozens of flavors. At so many places with those machines, they aren't kept... filled and working. But at this particular Wendy's they've been working every time I've been there. The staff here is veryhelpful every time we've been there Update Fri Aug 26: the dining room closed at 10:00 Pm today,, not midnight as shown in thehours. Perhaps the drive thru is open later. If your in the mood for Wendy's, this is a great spot. We went with the drive thru this time with kids who kept changing their... minds. Fortunately the employee kept up nicely with changes. By the time we got to the pick up window, the food was ready to gowith our complete order. The food was also fresh and tasty and everyone enjoyed their choices. Read more
The drive thru sucks at this facility, they have no patience and when I asked to add more to my order the young Mexican lady w/... a face full of makeup said NO and slammed the drive-thru door in my face. Very rude and obnoxious; it took everything in me tokeep my composure. Fortunately, unlike that employee; I have too much to lose to feed into all her negativity and spitefulmindset. I went through the drive thru. Got the single combo. I asked for no onion no cheese. My buger only had pickle and mayo and a... small tomato. The pickles were the ends so they were hard and no flavor. I changed from buger king but this was no better. Sosad!! Read more
