NEVER GO HERE, STARVE IF IT'S THE ONLY OPTION!!!! Can we PLEASE add the ability for negative reviews?? EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS... Seth, the assistant manager, extended exceptional customer service. He was very polite. I had a little bit of a wait due to what... I ordered, but he offered me a drink while I waited and upsized my fries along with 2 extra sweet potatos pies, along with allmy food being prepared fresh. Some days are hit or miss. When they make their fixings correctly my favorite is the dirty rice but here lately its been very... crunchy and I don't want to complain because sometimes they catch a attitude at certain locations. However I love their honeymustard and need it available in big bottles for purchase like chic-fil-a does their sauces. Read more
The order is very rarely correct. This morning I ordered a medium bo round and I get fries then I begin eating my egg and cheese... biscuit to find HAIR in my food. This is one of the nicest Bojangles I've been too. They have a large window as you come so you can see them preparing fresh... biscuits. The only reason I don't give them a 5 star they took a long time to take my order. Read more
Chicken was hot . Watched to make biskets but yet they were hard and cold mashed potatoes and gravy cold. No tea had to ask... for tea. Teenagers sitting around on cell phones. Why not try hiring older people. And the ling nails are nasty when it comesto food. Read more
