I order through the app. It saves time. My orders are always ready and hot when I get there. Staff are generally pleasant.
They never never Have the extra pepperoni hot and ready ,hot ready as they advertise . And half the time when you ask for it... they don't tell you it's not ready they go ahead and charge you and then tell you got to wait 10 minutes . Customer service sofar out the window traffic is running it over . You get far better customer service at the Simpsonville location . Read more
I understand if I pay $5 for a pizza it's going to be a little less than amazing but it's quick and close. Normally not too bad... but I placed and order the night before for 5 pizzas for a birthday party. Showed up to get them and was told they never showedup on the screen. Hey, mistakes happen but that's not what you want to hear when you've got 15 hungry 10 years olds trying toeat the furniture. I'll give em another shot but they dropped the ball on this one.
