By far the worst McDonald?s in Spartanburg County. You can be the only customer and still wait way too long for fast food and... then when you get it have it be cold. For some reason I decided to get breakfast this morning my Mc griddle & hashbrowns werecold! I was disgusted with the filth in this place. Every table was dirty with garbage all over the floors and tables. There was no... ice in either soda machine, no napkins, and garbage all over condiment section. I watched a lady come in to order and saw 5employees walk right past her and not say anything to her for 10 minutes. Even what appeared to be the manager walked past andnever said anything. Read more

$24.48 for my 2 kids to get the limited edition Adult happy meal. Then get home 30 minutes later to find they didn't even... receive the limit edition toy! I called and was told they were out and people were just purchasing them for the happy meal box.I'm sorry but I'm not paying $25.00 for a cardboard box that's going on the trash! She said she would make it right and allow meto get them the toy when they came in which I'm happy about but not about the hour trip I'm making there & back. Wished I wasinformed. Literally the worst McDonald's around. Avoid it like the plague and go somewhere else. If you use the drive thru, plan to wait... forever before someone even acknowledges you're there. Horrible service and just like every other McDonald's, the shake machineis ALWAYS broken. If you literally can never make them, then take them off your menu! Friends and family used to be able totake kids to Mikey D's for a quick meal. Not anymore. Now go anywhere BUT a McDonald's if you actually want to get service andeat. Read more
Whenever you go out of town on a long drive for whatever reason, the reason you choose a McDonald's is familiarity and... consistency. With that being said, this is without a doubt the best food I've ever had from a McDonalds. The nuggets and frieswere fresh and crispy, and the burgers were unusually juicy and to my surprise dissimilar to the usual McDonald's cardboard. Theservice was also quick and courteous for our large order. So to any passerby looking for a reliable option I'd say this onedefinitely qualifies. Read more
I was passing through town for work and stopped by as I was hungry. I wish I kept going, as this place was a total disaster. I... ordered on the app to save time before entering the restaurant and went to the restroom. While in there, I witnessed an employeeuse the bathroom and not wash their hands. After exiting, there was a massive backlog of people at the register and in thedrive thru, while the employees bickered. One employee continually harangued the others, and it was relatively unprofessional,even for a fast food environment. I timed it, and it took slightly over 20 minutes to get my order and others appeared to havewaited even longer. I don't have high food quality expectations of a meal at McDonalds, but this was definitely the worst Ihave ever had at a McDonald's and was not consistent with other experiences. My chicken sandwich was burnt, overcooked, and dry.The fries were unseasoned, well undercooked, were dumped all over, and the container was only half full. The soda was flat. Ireluctantly ate the food and left, as I can't imagine how difficult it would have been to get a refund. There were nocondiments stocked. This was the best experience I have ever had at the Woodruff location. The resturant was actually clean and food was correct... and still warm. The lady that took my order was friendly. Maybe they have a new owner not sure. I have been here 4 times inthe last 6 years and it was the first time I didn't think never again. I am not going to get my hopes to high, but I will checkit out again in.the near future. Read more
