Pizza was awful. There was next to no cheese. It was old. Could not force myself to eat this pizza.

I haven't had a Papa John's Pizza in 10 Years. The tomato sauce has a "strange and unappealing taste"... too little cheese. ... But I drive by that Location 5 times a week! They have that "Always Hiring Sign (for about $10n an hour)!!!" NO THANKS... I'LLPASS. Pay employees better... then, maybe, I'll try one more time. They don't seem to have any Customers when I driveby. Pappa John's is about done for? I suspect. MacDonald's is 50 feet away! Update 8-12-22.. Papa John's still has thehand-drawn sign begging for employees. Still $10 an hour I think. Still NO Customers in a very Busy Plaza. I go to Woodruff 3times a week. I've seen 1 Customer in Drive-Thru in about 3 years. Nothing in front of Front Door. Give up? Nahhh, No Ithink. Read more
They actually tried to charge me $1 for 2 pepper packets. I asked if they were serious and he said yes. I've never been charged... for pepper packets or spice packets. Called the other pizza places and they said it's complimentary there. Guess I'll bechanging pizza places. Read more
Store opens at 11. Went at 11:15 and the door was locked. Went back at 11:30 to the door still locked. Called the store and a... man said they open at 11. I explained that I have been twice and the door has been locked. I told him I was coming back. Wentback at 11:40 to the door still locked and even went to the drive thru window so it would sound off in store. Nobody came. Sorryway to run a business. Read more
Yesterday evening placed an order to pick up. It was simple and ready on time. Arrived at the drive through window only to wait... 10-15 minutes and watch the 4 employees walking around. One employee was outside and saw me but no one ever came to the windowso I decided to go in. There was an employee by the window just playing on her phone. Was told no one ever knew I was there….No manager on duty to report the issue to or I would have. Read more
4/9/21 My wife and I order from papa johns in woodruff at least 4 times a month, and we are pleased most of the time, but... tonight we are very disappointed we ordered bacon cheese bread and I can absolutely bet someone didn't clean the grill orwhat every properly that bacon was so saturated and burnt tasting I could smell it through the box but I did try it. It wasvery disappointing. This will make us reconsider ordering again. Read more
