Ordered a 5 piece meal with fries and substituting toast instead of coleslaw and a Zax sauce but got a 3 piece with fries and... only one piece of toast and NO Zax sauce. I frequent our local Zaxby's in Woodruff, SC at LEAST TWICE a week. The staff at the drive thru are ALWAYS FRIENDLY and... helpful... however there's Constantly a long wait for drive through orders, ALWAYS have to pull up, items from orders have beenaccidentally left out on large orders promoting my return back to the restaurant for correcting, and waiting for someone toanswer the intercom to take your order exceeds the normal typical wait times in between cars like at other nearby restaurants.TRIED ordering food orders online through app, was given an ETA for pickup, parked car, called number, phone rang way too longbefore anyone picked up. Order was NOT EXACTLY like my special request (wanted NO Toast as we always end up not eating it) yetwas given EXTRA TOAST even after receipt reflected the request of NO TOAST. Cashies bringing out orders to my waiting car,Forgot an entire bag of food on more than one occasion, so after checking behind the order, I pulled around to drive thruwindow, had to wait a little bit, and they apologized but didn't offer anything for inconvenience like a coupon or something buthanded me the bag which contained cold fries on one plate that was in bag. It was like they couldn't handle online orders. Andit's NOT an extremely busy store. Managers need to train more on filling orders correctly and handling EACH order in a timelymanner. The food was typical great tasting, but we waited for 7 mins at the speaker just to have our order taken.

I went there around 9:45 and was immidately told to hold on. After about two minutes I order, but waited a while and only had... two cars ahead of me. I ordered tea and they said they didn?t have any. I also asked for extra zax sauce and was charged for it.However I get home and there is no zax sauce in the bag and not even the standard one that comes in the box. The toast is barelybuttered or toasted. The fries are not seasoned at all and some are hard crispy pieces. I likely won?t be back to this Zaxbysfor the poor service and not even getting what I asked, and was charged, for or what I wanted for that matter. Read more

I ordered a cob salad to go and when I got home it's not at all what I ordered. Some kind of salad that wasn't even on the menu.... And NO dressing. I called back and was told "sorry about that ". I live in the next town and was too far to go back. I willnever go to this location again! Read more

Well as most places it's just getting harder to get quality food when u eat out.Went here for lunch and ordered the 3 piece... lunch with Cole slaw instead of fries. Glad I ate inside. When I got my order, slaw did not taste fresh, did not eat and only 2fingers on plate, had to show cashier which she quickly remedied but just want good food and service when I spend my hard earnedmoney.
