I should have read the reviews before ordering here? First and last time customer! Ordered online for in store pickup,, said it... would be ready in 15 minutes. It was not? waited 1 hour. For 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. People that were walking in to orderwere all getting their food made before online orders. What is the point of this ?convenient? service if we are stuck waitingand being ignored?. Also no option to cancel the order so we are forced to wait and wasted our night just for some mediocreover priced food. Also, if you read the reviews the owner responds the same copy paste uncaring answer each time, that theywill do more training for the employees. Read more
We like the food, although I have 3 complaints related to take out orders. I wrote this review as I wait an extra half an hour... beyond when they said my order would be ready. 1-the way the food is packaged. It will fill up an entire kitchen sized trashbag if you order a meal for 5 people. So much excess and needless plastic 2-I would say they forget kids drinks 70% of thetime 3- long wait times. It seems that their system doesn?t have any method of adjusting for high demand or low staffing. Mytotal wait time on this order is approaching an hour, yet there are probably 8 people including myself all quoted 20 minutesduring checkout. Bonus-about 1-2 years ago their strawberry ceme brûlée went from very good to absolute garbage. Thetexture isn?t smooth anymore, it is as of the components have separated or were never fully mixed. So one salad was a half salad with half sandwich for 10. The other was a full salad for 10. Pretty sure this place is ripping... people off. Over priced for what you get. Read more
They need to revamp the online order pick up. Our order was taken by someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to... remake it. Every other restaurant has someone that hands you the order after checking the name. They were obviously busy and I?msure the kids there are doing their best but seriously. I ordered online for curbside pickup because I wanted to grab lunch quickly in order to make it back in time for an important... work meeting. After placing the order I got a text telling me to be there by 12:19pm. I arrived at 12:10pm and notified themthat I had arrived. After waiting in my car for 20 minutes, I went inside. I found that they hadn?t even started working on myorder. After waiting an additional 15 minutes inside, I finally got my food? cold. I ordered ahead to save myself time because Iwas busy. But ended wasting 35 minutes waiting for them to make food that should already be Abe been waiting for me. I was lateto my meeting and ended up having to wait an hour after my meeting ended to eat. This was our first time trying Zupas. Excellent experience! The wife and I both had the avacado chicken chop salad. I think the... mushroom bisque may be the best cream of mushroom I've ever had! We share a strawberry cream brulee. One of these places needsto open in Farmington, NM! Read more
