Worst IHOP i have ever been to. Service pathetic and missing orders. When you call to say your missing part of the order, they... will say your lying. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 min. I usually go in there after 8 PM. I stopped going there about a year ago because the service was terrible. They would... consistently get my order wrong. The food would come cold. I would order a drink and he would give me coffee instead of soda andso I stopped going. A few days ago I thought you know what I?ll give it a try. I?m glad I did. Now that they have a new nightwaitress/Manager my experience has turned around completely. She?s quick she?s efficient. She does not forget my order and ontop of that she?s very polite and kind I can?t thank you guys enough. Thank you. Read more
Horrible service. Took my daughter for breakfast and we were told to have a seat and wait for a table. No problem they are short... staffed. The lady then proceeded to clean table and sit 4 other groups that came after the 2 of us. Will not be going back Read more
The food was good. Our waitress was phenomenal. However, it was slightly irritating that I heard the manager demand that all... staff be taken off the floor during the breakfast rush for a meeting. When our waitress came back she was still very pleasantand helpful, but she was in tears. Read more
Take a picture of your final receipt, and make sure your tip is clear. Just checked my bank account, and the hostess added a tip... (on my to go order) that I wasn't planning on, so it overdrew my account, and I just payed a hefty price for it. I've been awaitress, at this exact location actually, I know times are tough, but that was just uncalled for. Read more

I usually don?t leave reviews so please read, I?m not gonna lie I understand when people get busy, I really do, but I?ve been... sat and haven?t been helped for over an hour, I?m literally just sitting on the booth, no waiter or waitress has come to helpme. If you decide to come here towards night time, don?t, I promise it?s not worth it. Like I said I?m not a person that everleaves reviews but this is really crazy to me. I asked the hostess (who greeted me with a scowl) for a plastic to go spoon. I was staying next door in a hotel and needed a... damn spoon. I thought IHOP would be the obvious choice since it's next door. I had already gotten to-go orders twice and Ibelieve tipped this same hostess 5 bucks a couple of days before on a TO-GO ORDER! Anyway she had to ask for permission from anequally unpleasant manager and I was told they can't give a plastic spoon away without a purchase. These very spoons that areincluded in to-go meals for free! Since when is a simple act of kindness and good customer service so a thing of the past? Itwas disgusting and I have feeling the hostess relished in telling me, and she was disappointed when I didn't get angry and makea big deal out of it. I thanked her and left.
