Jersey Mike's never disappoints! The staff are always friendly and the food is delicious! The chicken bacon ranch is absolutely... amazing! Mike's philly cheesesteak isn't too bad either. Always delicious. Always consistent. I just love their food.
This location is horrible. Went to order at the restaurant. There was no one else there. Waited 25 minutes for our 2 sandwiches... as we watched them pump out like 10 to go orders completely neglecting to make our food. Finally get the food and theycompletely made my order wrong. She then remade it in less than 5 minutes. Why would I come to a sandwich shop and spend theamount of time waiting that it normally takes at a sit down restaurant?! And to watch them actively make other orders? Clearlyto-go is their ONLY priority. Also if you make someone wait 25 minutes it better be correct and it was not. So disappointing.Have not had this issue at other locations. What a shame. Read more
BEST WORKERS!! Now days it?s hard to find fast food employees who are kind, helpful and hardworking. I was first helped by sweet... chase on the cashier, I?ve never been inside and wasn?t sure how to order, he noticed me and spoke up to help me and wasseriously so kind about it and Alex, wow he?s awesome! Made me the best sandwich and had a wonderful conversation with him,after a long day it can be hard for a stranger to crack a smile from me! He was a very fun, friendly worker. Why I haven?t been here before today, I can?t tell you. What I can say is that this place is amazing! Brenden took the time to... explain what they have to offer and was beyond helpful. The meats and toppings are fresh and excellent quality. They don?t skimpon anything! Definitely my new favorite sandwich shop. Read more
Uninspired and lacking flavor. The meats and cheese were high quality and the toppings were fresh, but even "Mike's Seasonings"... left this sandwich bland. The same price would have bought me about 30% more sanwich at Jimmy Johns. I tried a mini size"Classic Italian" and topped it "Mikes Way" (essentially the works, minus peppers and mayo, adding red wine vinegar and oil).$5.95 for a 5" sandwich and $2.49 for a 20oz soda = $9.02. I came in earlier and ordered 2 club subs (1 giant, 1 regular). Was told from the beginning they did not have any ham or white... bread, but they could offer the prosciuttini as a substitute for the ham if I was willing to pick a different bread. No big dealin and of itself. After I had already paid for both sandwiches, I was then told they they also did not have any bacon for theclub subs, and that they wouldn't be making more for the day. No real solution or remedy was offered for the tripleinconvenience. I've been a fan of Jersey Mikes for a while, but what's the point of going and ordering a meal if you aren'table to deliver a product that is on your menu? I'm willing to pay more than I would at other places, but not for ahalf-complete item. Maybe it's time to switch to the Firehouse Subs across the street... This review has two stars only becausethe cashier was somewhat nice and apologized for the inconveniences.
