Hoping this is for the Woods Cross store and not another. We went in around 4PM on Saturday. The location is terrible and hard... to get in. I became frustrated and upset just tryimg to get to the restaurant. When we got to the nearly empty store we wentto the kiosk to order. Couldnt find the items we wantes on the digitalenu so I went to the counter. A few minutes later I sawthree people, including 2 managers cime together in the kitchen. They talked, gestured in our direction, then laughed aboutsomething and went back to their business. I have no idea what they talked about but the fact that they knew we were there andmade no move to even see if we needed help gets them 1 star. Read more
Has really went down hill on selections, prices, and quality. Employees cry they do not get paid enough bit every time I stop at... McDonald's, the associates are just clowning around; often missing items from your order. Read more
Food was well prepared (McDouble was tasty and put together well and the fries hot and fresh). It was prepared fast. As long as... humans are a part of the equation for delivering the experience, I do put some weight when giving a rating on the friendlinessand helpfulness of the staff. The one star off comes because despite me saying "hello" and trying to be a real person to theperson taking payment at the pay window, I was completely ignored. Not a word back to me. I get it - it's late, probably supertired of people. It's hard to find any workers at all, and it's "just McDonald's". Yep, I know. But it'll never be five starsfrom me if I'm not at least acknowledged as a human from another human during part of the experience. But thanks for the goodfood. Read more
The remodel is great! Except they definitely need some attention on the interior door hinge though. My only complaint is the... fact that the lady running the register tried to make me buy a drink and fries separately even though I ordered a #7 MEAL. I'venever in 20+ years heard someone say that "the two sandwiches makes it a meal". Lol The manager was happy that I was politeabout it when I explained what I wanted. Read more
I got 4 hashbrowns this morning and they were all warm at best. One of them was actually cold to the touch and they were as hard... as rocks. This is a persistent thing that happens with the morning shift. Like have you guys even heard of hold times?? Thisused to be the good McDonald's too???? Read more
All the McDonald's in Bountiful say they have 24 hour drive thru, but not a single one did! I'm starving and driving from one to... another because they advertise they're open. How sad :( Read more
