So...we eat there at this Woods Cross MOD fairly frequently and it's always a good dining experience; however, a day ago things... were definitely not so good. My wife got herself a salad (she made her own) and while eating it at home she found a 2" x 3"piece of plastic wrap (it appeared to be a section of a bag that perhaps held the lettuce)! That is uncalled for in a publiceatery. Understandably not intentional, I'm sure. I took the half-eaten salad back (on a busy Saturday evening) and quietlyspoke with a busy manager about the issue and showed him the problem. There was no apology. He simply had the other workersmake another salad and then they dealt with me. I was NOT happy with the way this was handled. I could have been loud and madea huge scene about it - which I did not, but it seemed like the manager didn't really care. That's not what one does to keepcustomers/clientele happy and returning. Perhaps it's an age thing - no one working there seemed over 25 - and consequently alack of experience thing. Treat your customers like they are gold! The service could have been much better. This place used to be good. They had 6 people working and it took 20 minutes just for my pizza to go in the oven. Ridiculous.... I?ve never seen this many pizzas lined up. The place wasn?t even crowded!!!! Read more
The personnel are very friendly and the pizza is pretty good. You can pick from the menu or build it how you like it. It only... took a few minutes to get our order. I would recommend for a good quick lunch! Read more
This mod location seems to be run by teens that don?t understand that food service needs to be taken seriously. The health and... safety of customers and themselves is on the line. I was in the store for roughly 30 minutes and this area by the drinks stationremained a mess with unlabeled cleaners on the floor as well as a bucket of cleaner just sitting there full? No one ever wentover to clean the area or even seem to care that it was there. One employee collected the dirty plates from the area and ignoredeverything on the floor. The store wasn?t busy and the workers behind the counter had time to sit on the counters and talkinstead of taking care of cleaning. What if a child or someone else got into the chemicals that weren?t labeled and left on thefloor? What if a service animal was in the store and got into chemicals? Behind the counter was terribly dirty as well. I?veforwarded the Info and photos to the Davis county health inspector. Visit was on 10/16/22 at 4pm. On the flavor of the pizza and the speed, I give them 5 stars. Really good pizza! Where they miss is cleanliness of the prep... area, the condition and cleanliness of the restaurant and the attitude and customer connection of the employees all barelydeserve one star. I cannot believe whoever owns this place tolerates this. This is not inexpensive pizza so it makes no sensewhy they cannot deliver on the whole package for a sit down fast service restaurant. Honestly I didn't love it. I do appreciate that you can add as many toppings and such that you would like, that's generous, but... the dough wasn't flavorful, it's like eating a pita. And the white sauce was bland.. And don't get their garlic cheesebread, therosemary is gross on it but it's bland without it. My husband and I stopped to grab food. Tried this place out. They have the good ice ???? for your drinks. They didn't cut the... pizza in squares like we asked, but they fixed and gave us two pizzas to make up for it! Awesome experience Read more
i love MOD pizza but this location disappointed me. i have a gluten intolerance and ordered a gluten free crust, the girl that... got my crust got flour all over the paper and did not ask if i needed a glove change or if it was an allergy. there were 4people working and as soon as i walked in i felt an energy shift. they all did not have the MOD energy and were not efficientlymaking the pizzas as fast as they should?ve been. we were waiting for 5 minutes at the register with no acknowledgement from thestaff that we would pay soon. when someone finally did come, there was flour all over their gloves and their attitude was notmod standard. i will never come to this MOD again and *if you have any type of gluten intolerance or allergy, DO NOT COME HERE.* Read more
