There was a delay because they only had one machine working. They made up for my wait with a gift card. I totally understand... when something breaks down, but it is very nice that they take care of the customer when they have a delay like that. Read more
Horrible service this morning from this particular starbucks.... drive thru was busy...had 30min to get to a football game...... arrived at 830am waited for 25 for 1 hot breve coffee and 3 egg bites.... watched several people after that get their orders andmany after that get theirs after I ordered... they never called my name 0855 went up and asked why my order was taking solong... The girl who took my order then says she 'gave it to someone else'... No sorry or anything for her screw up... I was outof time and had to leave in order to get to a game at 0900... I demanded a refund....then the girl proceeded to only refund mehalf or the money from what I ordered which was over 25.00... being already irriated with the way her and the staff handledtheir mistake I was upset but remained calm and said 'I'm never coming back here again'.... staff laughed.... Where is therespect of doing your job right and treating customers with respect?.. and apologizing when screwing up?... you have 1 job andyour actions shows you don't care about that job and being in customer service.... Very poor service and manners at thisparticular establishment... I feel bad for the owner of this place that they have zero clue how it's being ran and how theytreat customers... Read more

Super friendly staff went 3 days in a row and third day we got free coffee only cause machine was down. I tipped her well.... Definitely love there coffee and I'm super picky about Starbucks some are bland no taste but they rocked it on my flavor. Read more
Awful service. I sat in the drive through line for nearly 20 minutes. The line wouldn?t move and there was no sense of urgency... whatsoever to get the drinks out in a timely manner. I will not be coming to this location again! Read more
Visited this Starbucks recently and Tom and his staff were fantastic, their service was impeccable and fast. I got hot... chocolate that day, served at just the right temperature. We also had some delicious pastries...For sure I will return again I've heard they also have really good coffees there too. Read more
My wife goes to this location frequently. Just now, she recieved the worst service I've ever seen from a Starbucks. They not... only screwed up her order, but the red/purple haired person who prepared the order was rude and ignorant when my wife objected.Hire people that can take and comprehend the order and there won't be any issues. Her rudeness and ignorance is unacceptable andwe'll never support this location again. Read more
