Quick stop after getting back from Vineyard Ferry. Great tap beer menu, lobster roll was great, and fabulous burger. We ate... downstairs at tavern, a bit more formal dining area is available upstairs. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Read more
Possibly the worst dining experience of my life. It didn't seem very busy, but clearly the staff was overwhelmed. Service was... slow, confused, lots of other tables grumbling. No big deal, these things happen, every place has an off-night. Except forthis.....The vegetarian in our party ordered a veggie burger with an egg and received......a veggie burger with egg and BACON(not kidding). We caught it and sent it back (weird, but....people make mistakes). Wait staff apologized, walked away, pickedthe bacon off the burger and quickly returned the same burger and plate (not kidding....bits of bacon still remained).Well.....we returned it again and said don't bother we need to leave (it had been hours). We got the check....and were chargedfor the poisoned burger (really....that's not an understandable mistake it's just mean and a sign of not caring at all about thecustomer). After some argument (and another 20 minutes|), we got the burger removed and the correct check. As a grandfinale....I am now having to dispute a transaction with my credit card company because the restaurant never bothered to cancelthe original transaction. I was charged for the full meal with poisoned burger AND the full meal without poisoned burger. Ifthey had tried even a little to make up for the really horrible (for a vegetarian) offense (comp something, offer a dessert?) Imight have felt better. But not even an attempt. Amazing. Read more
Very under rated. Went during prime time dining and there were many available tables, food and drinks were great, service was... pretty good. I was wondering why it wasn't more packed on a Friday night. It was a little pricey but what isn't out there.Highly recommend if you stop by! Read more
Really good food, chill atmosphere and friendly staff make this a must visit stop while in Cape Cod. The lobster roll was... delicious, the burger was tender, and OMG the bag of doughnuts was amazing. Highly recommend! Read more
We had the crab cakes to start which were tasty! For dinner we had the Butter Poached Lobster with house made pasta, roasted... tomato, kalamata olives, local corn, basil pesto & the Roasted Chicken house made basil ricotta gnocchi, crimini mushroom, localcorn & bacon strawberry vinaigrette! Both dishes were bursting with flavor! So delicious! The atmosphere and view are perfect.Service was friendly as well. We sat on the second level but the first level bar area looked cool & it looked like there was arooftop level maybe too?! We can't wait to go back and check out the taqueria ???? Read more
We had lunch at the Taqueria. Located in the harbor. I had fish tacos which were good. The Sangria was great. Family place. You... order at the counter. Friendly staff. Good children's menu. The prices seemed a little pricier than other lunch spots in thearea. The tables were high top. There also was bar seating as well. The setting was very casual. Read more
Great views of the ferry docks. You can watch the ferries get loaded up with people and cars and go off to the vineyard. The... food is terrific. The drinks are great. Favorite restaurant so far on woods hole. Read more
