After waiting in line for so long I was quite frustrated. I wrote a bad review based off that. Once I got to the window, I read... the sign about short staffing and long wait times. They apologized and I totally understand the severity of short staffingduring this time, not only with Dairy Queen but with many other food chains. The two women that served me at the window had thebest customer service and I completely felt bad and wish I could help. Unfortunately I was driving by the town for a long trip.I hope the long hours they work to makeup for short staffing quickly gets controlled. Wish you all the best of luck. Please bepatient. I usually get the T-brand tacos, never disappointed. They are so good. Please don't forget customer service is also important.
