Okay the food was pretty good. However the employees... oh my goodness they are the best, they all have a ray of sunshine... literally every single one. I usually am here twice a week and I talk to the employees and they are all so nice and caring. Theyare always making sure everyone is doing good! I had a friend who didn't order anything when we came and they were so concernedthat they forgot his food! I hope the managers treat there employees right and I'm assuming they do because the environment hereis the best! Grateful for all the experiences I have had here! Read more

This is a wonderful place to eat (delicious food) and great friendly environment. Soup and Sandwiches are 5 Star!!! Our... server, "Pam" was top notch with her efforts of making sure we had everything we needed and went beyond the call of duty toensure our 1st time dining experience here was fantastic. She observed i had dental work (in alot of pain) and insisted onfilling my drink for me so I didn't have to get up. She is the reason I'm here today eating their phenomenal oatmeal! AtlantaBread is far better than the competing Bread company! I highly recommend switching to or giving Atlanta Bread a try here inWoodstock! I'm definitely going to be here every chance I get.. The food is delicious! The eggs taste fresh, and the potatoes are perfectly seasoned. And I judge potatoes hard. Athena is so... great! i have loved going here since i was little, but the establishment has gone downhill throughout the years. unfortunately, i went... here for the last time today. i ordered a soup and a salad, and when the soup came out, my first bite featured an unwantedguest: a very long hair. The employees here do not wear hair nets, only hats. I took the soup up to the front reluctantly andasked if they could remake it because of the hair. The lady working was rude but agreed to remake the soup. As I was waiting, Idecided to eat my salad. I ate the whole salad before I noticed something exponentially worse than the hair. There were worms inmy salad. And they were alive. There were two that squirmed across my plate. Because the woman was rude at the notion ofremaking a soup due to the lack of hair nets, I said nothing about the bugs I had probably just consumed because of them andleft the restaurant, trying not to throw up. Food was pretty good. The pastries looked very neat and delicious. I had the French toast which was good. The service wasn?t... the best, it took forever to get our food (even though it wasn?t busy) and it was a bit cold. I told the waiter we ordered anextra side of bacon and he goes ?well how many do you have there on that plate? Let me see your receipt????? Like I?m trying toget more bacon without paying.
