Today when I entered there was this white blonde girl, I believe she had a nose piercing and looked to be around eleven, super... young and short. Upon entering she had been hitting a vaping device, which for one is very concerning considering her young age,something the establishment should be considerate of. She also seemed to be upset about taking my order which had only been thecinnamon nuggets, nothing complex. We went in today with the kids while shopping and doing the Halloween trick or treat. Went in here and ask for the Almond flavor... bites or pretzel, she said we don't have either. So I ask the kids looks like you can have plain or cinnamon. One girl fixedthem and the very small girl, dark hair with glasses. Slams the bag down in front of my kids and I mean slams it. We will NEVERBE BACK. How rude. If you hate your job don't work there. Sorry we disturbed you by ask for a flavor that wasn't already fixed.You should be fired. Read more

Decided To Stop By While Shopping Around 5pm , There Were Absolutely No Pretzels & I Was Told The Wait Time Is 45 Mins . I... Doubled Back & Was Told They Were Only Selling " Small Cups " . This one location used to be one of the best to go in our area. Today I went to get a pretzel. Only one girl working and when... she said 15 min for the pretzels to be ready I felt bad she was the only one there working. I came back later and there wasanother girl baking new batch of pretzel. Ok, two workers. Thats better, still really hard for them even that it was a Mondayafternoon during spring break in a almost empty mall. Actually there were 4 workers working at the time in this location. Theplace was dirty, trash everywhere, no ice for the drinks! And only nugget pretzels. Terrible management. Four workers and theycant clean or throw the trash? The store was not crowded. Only 5 customers. And 4 workers, 2 of them in the back and one of thehard working girls had to go back and get them. Im glad the pretzel was good as usually. But very dirty, a broken door, no ice,no pretzel variety. We really love this store. Please put some love to it. Read more
I just stopped by the outlet mall for a pretzel and unfortunately there was very little to choose from. Ended up getting pretzel... bites. Anyways, the staff here today were kids with teenage attitudes and I was not in the mood for that on this particular day.The staff also was acting like they didn?t want to work and they certainly weren?t making more pretzels it seemed. Everyone withtheir arms crossed.. WE JUST WANTED A PRETZEL! I?m not coming back to this one. I?ll go to north point mall instead. They arealways fresh and have options there! Read more
Extremely slow service - actually unbelievable even though it doesn't look understaffed. Staff all look confused and are working... in slow mo. Manager is standing around in slow mo too just talking talking talking at her staff and not actually helping -berating them in front of customers for burning the pretzels. People keep leaving the queue because it is taking forever. Queueis literally not moving. Manager seems so incompetent and everyone's complaining about her. People are irritated and more areleaving. She will be the death of this place. Pretzels are burnt and so hard, if you threw them at a bird, it would cause somedamage. To make matters worse, bit into it and it's not even done on the inside!
