I was picking up an order that was right on the counter the whole time and still had to wait. I don't understand there were 3... others bags complete so what's the problem. Well the cashier said they go in order. Why pack the bag n close it to just sitthere? So we all have to have cold food bcz the next order isn't complete? They gotta understand some orders have specialrequests and will take longer. So this is why there's a bunch of ppl waiting on the pickup area. Door dashed my order and they forgot my spicy chicken biscuit. I get they're busy, I called several times only to be hung up on... to see if they can amend this. I went to the store in the middle of work to get my biscuit and this really frustrates me. What'sthe point of delivery if I have to go back and pick up what should've been in my order. Wasn't offered cards or anythingcomplimentary for the time that was wasted. I do not feel valued please do better. Read more

I?ve been coming to this location for my client for the past 6 months I know. He?s a very routines and Saturday?s he eats chick... fil a. Cup of soup a side salad and a large root beer. Simple enough. The past couple of times has been absolutely terrible. Thesoups have been spicy. The first time he said it was hot I thought maybe he needed to let it cool. It was ?actually? spicy andhave never known chicken noodle soup from there to be spicy. He called to inform them and ?Maddison? assured him that she wouldtake care of it. We go back order the same thing and give Maddison?s name. They say she?s at the window and I was lookingforward to thanking her for her help. When I got to the window, they didn?t speak or crack a smile. The girls handed me thedrink and pointed me to the parking area ?1? and wait for a SOUP AND SALAD. Nothing was being fried or cooked. I sat for 5minutes waiting on another soup that was even spicier. This time you can tell it tasted like it was supposed to be southwest.Not to mention approaching the window, and them pointing me to the young lady, who they directed to walk away from the window tohand me the food. Not only was it disrespectful, we feel it was done on purpose and he?s 90! What if he was allergic to spicyfoods??? Let?s hope he doesn?t have a reaction!
