There was no line, I?m first up. There was no one at the counter. No problem I?ll wait. Employee comes, no greeting or smile. I... ask for a quesadilla and I?m told that they can?t make them right now.. she didn?t give me a reason but whatever. I get the lastscraps of cheese in my burrito. Mid-fold, the employee leaves and hands my burrito off to another girl who couldn?t finish theburrito fold.. salsa leaked out as she sealed it with foil. I wanted their flavored lemonade, the bins were empty so no drinkfor me. The cash register was down so she asks to take my card to the pickup window. I say I have a reward to scan. She says Itcan?t be scanned at the pickup counter and turns and walks away with my card. I don?t know how much I?m paying. Got my cardback, still don?t know the total. I stand there thinking she?ll go and get my receipt since she didn?t say bye to me yet lol. Istand there for minute (still the only one in line) then finally I ask for a receipt. A male employee says their receipt machineis malfunctioning but it might print in a bit. No friendliness at all. I don?t have time to wait, so I say thank you and leave.I was cordial the whole time. This location is either getting sabotaged or there is a severe lack of customer service purposely. Such a disappointment. I?ve... never had bad experiences with Chipotle until purchasing from the Woodstock hwy 92 location. My burrito bowl was missing 3 ofthe toppings. Like, maybe 1 but 3? C?mon. And this has happened before, but guess what I?m done with this location. I?llredirect to the Towne lake location. Read more
I like this place. And I eat here at least once a week Two things you could improve. Your dining room is filthy nearly every... time I come into the store. Second the corporate music that's typed in through the speakers should stay there. Stop turning itoff. And blasting whoever's music from the back. It's horrible and offensive. Read more
I have been to this Chipotle multiple times and have had nothing but great experiences! The issues I see from the ratings appear... to be from months ago but it seems like they?ve had some big improvements. Great portions, quick and friendly customer service,and tasty food! Read more
My husband ordered a salad bowl and found this in it. Tried calling the restaurant and couldn't even get anyone to answer. I... couldn't eat the guacamole o ordered on the side because it had shreds of cheese in it and I'm allergic to dairy. Crosscontamination for allergies doesn't seem high on their list. Never found a silica packet in food before. Just gross. Makes youwonder what else is their food. Overpriced and not very good. Never going back to this one. Read more
Picked up our order for takeout today. It was ready a little faster than the app said, with great portions in our burrito bowl... and quesadilla. Lady at the register was very nice giving my bag when it was ready. Would recommend! Read more
This was not a great visit but I'm not going to give below 4 stars because I know they just opened and are working out kinks.... The portion size was the biggest issue. I am a Chipotle fan and have been to many of their locations. The portion size was halfthe size of what I usually get. I will definitely give it another shot. Read more
This is the worst Chipotle I've experienced. The store always feels dirty and the serving ladles look like they're never... replaced all day. They're coated in old food all the way up the handles Everyone in my family's chips were extremely staletonight. The guac is ALWAYS brown from sitting out too long.
