If I could I would give it a 0 stars. Wort Chinese food I have had in 40 years of eating it in 4 different continents! The... noodles were grainy because they were undercooked by at least 3 minutes, the honey chicken breast tasted and had the texture ofsoft dough also it was not supposed to be spicy and it had red pepper sprinkled all over!(by the way when we arrived there wasneither chicken nor noodles, the cooks looked bored and not paying attention to the stock! Do they have a manager?) The chickeneggroll had hardly any chicken and an abundance of ginger that was inexplicable and uneatable also not advertised as spicy, thecold ice tea was not cold and lastly the fortune cookies were not crispy but stale and soft. I will admit we got there 30 minutes before closing however I felt VERY rushed and like I was imposing on the crew. This was my... first Panda Express experience so I wasn't familiar with their menu or process. I told the employee what I wanted and shedecided what type plate it qualified as but she got it wrong. I didn't correct her since I already felt like I was imposing. Atthis point I'm not sure I'll give them another try because they don't hold a candle to the Chinese I'm used to! Very clean and well managed Panda. I come here even though it is 25 min from my house. There is a Panda that is 5-10 min away... from home but this one is so much better. It's not perfect - it depends on which server you get, but overall service is good.The manager needs to CONSTANTLY remind and train the workers to be supremely courteously and hard working. Otherwise, firethem!! Overall, the food quality is good and better than other "ghetto" pandas, especially the one near where I live. Read more
Customer service was extremely unacceptable. Amy was very rude and kept rolling her eyes and acting annoyed that I asked. I... was trying to order honey sesame chicken breast without sesame. My last several visits I spoke to the lady manager/owner andtold her if I eat it I would be hospitalized. She said its NO PROBLEM to order it WITHOUT sesame. Today it's a differentstory. I was told NO!. You cannot have one specially made for you. It only requires you to make it, prepare my serving andthen add the sesame seeds. That simple. Last time I will come here!!! I don't care for Panda Express myself but I go here because my wife does. I am giving 5 stars due to their quickness in service,... the freshness of food, and pleasant attitudes. This particular establishment is usually pretty damn clean as well. Read more
The customer service is severly lacking. Ordered a plate and because there are new menu options I took less than 15 seconds to... look and decide on what else to get.
