Called my order in and the young lady was very pleasant. When I walked in one of the servers was standing there not doing much... but ignored me. Another server came over and gave me my order. My raisin toast wasn?t toasted well and the grits were hard. Thetaste was ok though. Some servers were pleasant but there was one that seemed like she didn?t want to be bothered or help when Iwalked in!! Wish I could leave a pic to show these grits???????????? Read more
Food was fast and good! I was able to ask for my hash browns and toast to have no butter. However, the grits are cooked with... butter in them. I enjoyed my meal and the coffee is always plentiful! Great wait staff! Read more
I?ve had plenty of great, normal Waffle House experiences at this location in the past. However, I had to share my experience my... girlfriend and I had tonight. Attached is an image of how burnt my girlfriend?s cheesesteak omelette was. My bacon was almostblack. I?m not one for sending food back, but neither meal was edible. When they recooked the food, it was way undercooked. Thewaitress and the cook failed at providing good service. I even left a good tip, and the waitress didn?t acknowledge anything.Just a bad experience. We were here at 9:30pm 8/17/22. Read more
Keegan, Worst service ever although the cook tall black gentlemen was very nice even took the time to take my order cause the... server took too long to take my order my drinks came to the table with out ice and no silverware at out table when the food cameout. also she always had an attitude when I asked her for condiments?. This waffle house is usually good but today was different. They took a lot longer to cook our food because the cook was on her... phone and what was disgusting is that the cup and utensils they gave us was dirty. Our waiter was keegan we informed her andstill received the same dirty cup I ended up asking for a to go cup because you cant mess up that. The cook was a woman aftershe served us she went back to her phone. Keegan didn't try her best at all she was all over the place and kinda hard ofhearing. Overall, this experience made my fiancé and I not want to come back, there are so many other waffle house's in thearea I rather go too. My eggs were undercooked as well, everything else about my food i enjoyed I got the all star and myfiancé got the Texas sausage sandwich. Read more
THEY ARE PHENOMENAL HERE! FAST YES! Efficient YES! ON TOP OF THIS ORDER YES! AND THIS LOCATION IS CLEAN AS HELL! the vibe of the... staff is very upbeat and straight to business! during my lunch break that feels like it's all of only 20 mins, i was in and outin time to make it back to work! while I'm pregnant, this is the better experience I've had going to any waffle house!
